This one is from Windows Live Writer, an interface added to Windows 7 for journaling and blogging. This can be added to my site, sort of on the fly, and I can add to it from the tools on WordPress, to “fancy it up” later. Just like I said, a modular world, in which cloud and modular storage for files and software backups, devices interacting through storage and just enough tools in common over the web. Makes it more useful, Finally.

In 1997, I got my first file storage site online (the name escapes me, right now, but the name was similar to Dropbox). All I could think of then was storing files to trade with Kevin, especially mp3’s, since they were too large to practically email to one another.     Way to go Sandra! I did a blog last year on something called tumlir (I think that’s how you spell it) and I enjoyed blogging with a few other women for a short while after I had survived breast cancer. I don’t necessarily need anyone to see this posted on FacebookIt was a way to vent some of my frustration at the way things had happened within a clinical trial that I had agreed to. It was a battle I had not considered I would have had to fight and I have found writing is very cathartic. I am now 14 years post cancer and I figure it is pretty darn good for someone who was told that they have about 10% chance of survival at one point. ( complications set in and there it was I stayed for several months of a hospital stint, bored out of my tree.n I started writing when I got home and once started I couldn’t be stopped.
